CHICKEN BIRYANI Take a pan add 1kg of chicken pieces Add some salt Add 2 tsp of red chilli powder Add 1 tsp of cumin seed powder Add 2tsp of coriander powder Add 1 tsp of garam masala Add whole garam masala Add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste Add 4 green chillies Add 1cup of mint leaves Add 1 cup of coriander leaves Add 2 cup of curd and mix it Add 1 cup of oil Add 2 tsp of lime juice And rest it for 2 hours In a hot water add some salt Add whole garam masala Add 1 ½ kg soaked basmati rice And cook it. Then put the rice in to a chicken bowl Ad add some brown onions Add mint leaves Add coriander leaves Add 1 tsp of kewra water Add 1 tsp of rose water Add 1 tsp of saffron water Add some ghee and cook for 30 minutes Now serve the biryani with apple raita #vahchef
